Marinda earned her law degree from University of San Diego, School of Law. While in law school, to round out her legal education, she sought practice in a variety of fields and completed well over 430 hours of pro-bono service. She has worked with the University of San Diego Civil Clinics, Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Counsel, the San Diego Public Defender and the Alternate Public Defenders Offices, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and the National Conflict Resolution Center.
Prior to becoming an attorney Marinda served in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician. She also worked within the Department of Defense (DOD) for over ten years in the software and computer technology field with an emphasis on data security and high assurance secure systems. Her military and technical background adapt perfectly to the law. Marinda brings dedication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to every case. Her client-centric approach ensures that the client’s objectives are always the main focus of business.
